Boris has been with us for 20 years now, a fundamental figure in the dining room brigade. He has become over the years a point of reference for many customers, brilliant and rich in quality, he has combined his experience at the Ristoro with the passion of his life, Art.
The Ristoro has become his own Art Gallery, that can be admired by our Guests during their stay in our Restaurant. Thanks to this collaboration and to his natural artistic talent, his works are present in Houses, Living Rooms and Clubs all around the world.
